Olga Bronkowski is an Associate in the Firm’s Healthcare, Corporate and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on assisting clients with various healthcare transactional matters, including regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, licensure, business negotiations, entity formations, compliance, securities matters, such as joint ventures, and other contracting matters, including negotiating and drafting operating agreements, management agreements, services agreements, stock and membership interest purchase agreements, redemption agreements, licensing agreements, leases and subleases, employment agreements, separation agreements, and releases. She also assists clients with transactional issues pertaining to intellectual property.
Olga has a technical background in chemical biology and biomedical engineering. Prior to beginning her legal career, she engaged in a two-year research project involving cardiac valve tissue engineering through stem cell differentiation. She is also a registered patent attorney with experience assisting in the prosecution of patent applications in the area of mechanical engineering.
Olga is also an experienced litigator in the areas of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, licensing and assignment disputes, and commercial litigation matters, including cases involving contract disputes and allegations of unfair business practices. She has litigated cases in various district courts throughout the country in diverse fields, such as medical device products, pharmaceuticals, computer software, and consumer products.
Olga graduated with honors from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology. She earned her J.D., cum laude, with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was recognized as a Distinguished Scholar and awarded a full tuition scholarship for her academic and professional achievements. After law school, Olga was a Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Lisa Perez Friscia, Superior Court of New Jersey from 2013-2014.
Olga is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also fluent in Russian.
